Leadership Team
Dr. Caridad Lopez, Principal
**Welcome, Stacy Hawks!**
It has been an honor to serve as Principal at Stacy Middle School since 2021, after joining the Milford Hawks family in 2018 as an Assistant Principal at Woodland Elementary School. My career in education spans roles in Early Childhood Education in Natick and various positions within the Boston Public Schools system. These experiences have reinforced my belief in the importance of strong family-school partnerships and celebrating diverse backgrounds.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology with a focus on Early Childhood from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and a Master’s in Educational Administration from the same institution. I furthered my studies at Boston College, where I completed a doctoral program in Culturally Responsive School Leadership.
My commitment to lifelong learning and educational excellence guides my work, and I look forward to collaborating with the Stacy community to support and inspire our students throughout their educational journey.
Mrs. Rachel Driscoll, Associate Principal, Grade 7
As a Milford Public Schools student from grades K-12, and a graduate of Milford High School, I am so honored to be part of the administration team at Stacy Middle School. My husband and I are the proud parents of three children attending Milford Public Schools. I have always known that I wanted to pursue a career in education, and went on to receive a bachelor’s degree from Boston College, and a Master’s degree from Lesley University. I began my teaching career at Stacy Middle School in 1998. After close to 14 years of teaching, I had the amazing opportunity to join the administration at Memorial Elementary School as the Assistant to the Principal, where I remained for 9 years, until transferring back to Stacy Middle School as the Associate Principal in 2021. Entering my fourth year as Associate Principal, and my 27th year in service to Milford Public Schools, I can proudly share that I am just as excited as my very first year to work with our students and families and to work alongside passionate and dedicated educational professionals.
Chris Kaulbfliesch, Assistant Principal, Grade 6
I am excited and honored to be joining the amazing leadership team at Stacy. I will be entering my 10th year in education. My first 7 years were spent in sub-separate TLC classrooms as a content teacher. My last 3 years have been as an Assistant Principal. I joined the U.S Army when I graduated from high school and served with the 4th Infantry division. After my time in the Army I went back to school. I received my B.A in secondary Ed, English from Lesley University and then went on to complete my M.A.T at Umass Dartmouth. I am currently 5 classes away from finishing my C.A.G.S at Bridgewater State. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my kids and going on adventures with them. I am excited to work with the staff, students, and families of Stacy Middle School.
Ms. Allison Audet, Assistant Principal, Grade 8
I am honored to join the Milford Public Schools and am thrilled to be part of the Stacy Middle School administration. I am in my 19th year in public education and have served in various positions including classroom educator, assessment specialist, and system-wide coach with the Worcester Public Schools. I hold a Master’s in Educational Administration and a Master’s in Education (Teaching of English as a Second Language). Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and four children, as well as reading, running, and spending time outdoors. I consider myself a lifelong learner with a true passion for education and ensuring that all students have equitable access to high-quality educational experiences. I look forward to partnering with the students, caregivers, and staff at Stacy Middle to promote student growth and achievement.
